Full job description

MCP are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work within their established asbestos surveying department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within an administration role, ideally within the Asbestos or a Construction related industry.

Full in-house training will be provided on our internal systems with further training and progression available for the right candidate.

Experience & Qualifications

Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

The Role

Assisting in the scheduling of work for site staff.
Producing site drawings and draft survey reports.
Taking and making telephone calls and dealing with all enquired in an efficient manner, maintaining good working relationships with clients.
Inputting data on to internal databases and client portals.
Providing effective control of the companies’ documents and training files.
Assisting in ensuring that the office runs efficiently

Hours

Full time, Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM, Friday - 8AM - 13:30PM - 30 mins unpaid lunch each day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
