Full job description

The opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Coordinator to join the team to provide exceptional technical support across 2plan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support to all staff and advisers within the organisation.

Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Leeds 3 days per week.

Salary - Up to £32,500 depending on experience
Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

Key responsibilities:

Provide responsive and effective 1st and 2nd line technical support to 2plan staff, advisers and internal stakeholders
Diagnose, troubleshot, and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms and applications
Maintain detailed documentation of all support interactions and resolutions in ticketing system
Ensure all support requests are handled within established SLA timeframes
Conduct system maintenance and administration

What will you need to succeed?

At least 2-3 years experience in an IT Support role
Good understanding of Windows operating systems and endpoint management
Experience managing and resolving tickets through a ticketing system
Strong collaboration skills to be able to work closely with internal colleagues and teams
Natural problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail
