Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen staff by assisting with various tasks related to food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs and kitchen staff.
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as required for various dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and storage.
Support the serving of meals during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on catering or restaurant settings.
