Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Belfast (Hybrid)

We're small, senior and hands-on but we're growing and we're looking for our next hire

The Role

As our client base grows, we're expanding the team with a dedicated Retention Specialist to own and scale our email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo. Retention is where lasting brand value is built — the "Be Remembered" part of what we do — and this is a role with real ownership from day one: you'll run programmes that drive a meaningful share of our clients' revenue, and you'll have room to grow the function as we do.

What you’ll be responsible for

Own the day-to-day management of Klaviyo across our clients — planning, building and sending email and SMS campaigns.
Build, optimise and maintain the core flows that do the heavy lifting: welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back.
Run the campaign calendar — segmentation, offers and send scheduling — with a clear goal behind every send.
Grow and clean lists, and protect deliverability and sender reputation.
Test relentlessly — subject lines, creative, timing — and optimise toward revenue and engagement.
Own retention reporting: attributed revenue, open/click/conversion rates, and email/SMS as a share of client revenue.
Work with our content team on creative, and with account leads and paid so the whole funnel is joined up.
Stay ahead of Klaviyo features, deliverability best practice and lifecycle-marketing trends.

About you

Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience — both campaigns and flows — with demonstrable results (please bring examples).
Strong grasp of segmentation, deliverability and lifecycle/retention strategy.
Comfortable with ecommerce and revenue metrics; confident reading data and acting on it.
A good eye for copy and creative, or the ability to brief it clearly — and genuinely detail-obsessed, because QA matters.
Organised, self-directed and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping detail.
Comfortable working independently but enjoys being part of a team

Great but not essential

SMS marketing experience and familiarity with Shopify (or other ecommerce platforms).
Basic HTML, and experience with other email platforms.
Agency background, and an understanding of how retention works alongside paid and organic.
