We are seeking a Paralegal to join the Legal team at ISS UK Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to the Employment Law team, with a focus on complex employment tribunals and the management of unfair dismissal and wage claims.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised legal professional to be based at ISS UK’s offices, including our headquarters in South Quay, London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting case management, preparing legal documentation, and building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support employment tribunal litigation from initial instruction through to conclusion.
Manage a caseload of unfair dismissal and wage claims.
Prepare ET responses and other legal documentation.
Compile hearing bundles, witness statements, and case files.
Coordinate with external barristers on employment tribunal matters.
Maintain case trackers and risk reports for the Employment Law team.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing matters.
Build effective relationships with HR, managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient case management and a high standard of legal support.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or legal administration role.
Ideally, exposure to employment law or employment tribunals.
Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Commitment to accuracy across legal documentation and case management.
Confident stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
