Are you a wizard with numbers and a natural people person? Do you thrive in a busy, friendly office environment? The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Sandringham Primary School are looking to appoint a Finance and Administration Assistant to join our amazing office team.
Sandringham Primary School is part of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust that currently comprises of 10 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy and Willow Primary School
What the job will involve:

Handling day-to-day financial processing, including invoices, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations.
- Assisting the Academy Business Manager in monitoring the annual budget and preparing reports
- Being the Face of the School: Supporting our office team, greeting visitors, and being a calm, helpful point of contact for parents and pupils.
- Managing income "wraparound care" fees (after-school clubs), school trip payments, and dinner money
- Maintaining a clear workflow trail for year-end financial returns and internal audits.
- Managing the school’s main email account, answering phone calls from parents, and dealing with the occasional "lost jumper" or minor playground scrape that makes its way to the office.
