We believe that public relations and social media shouldn't be passive—they should drive real, measurable engagement. We are looking for a Digital PR & Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our brand's external voice. You aren't just scheduling posts or writing standard press releases; you are crafting viral angles and securing high-tier media authority. You will lead our digital outreach efforts, bridging the gap between strategic PR pitching and dynamic social content creation. You are the ultimate storyteller in a room full of data, trends, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end Digital PR and social campaigns from ideation and press writing to journalist pitching and media launch.
Media Relations & Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers to earn high-authority coverage and backlinks.
Social Channel Ownership: Curate, schedule, and grow our presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) with high-converting, native content.
Data-Driven Analysis: Don't just guess. Monitor campaign metrics, backlink profiles, and social engagement to refine strategies and maximize reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and partners to align digital PR campaigns with broader association goals and events.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in Digital PR, Social Media Management, or a hybrid agency/in-house communications role.
Portfolio: A portfolio or track record of earned media coverage is non-negotiable. Show us the pitch angle, the coverage secured, and the engagement created.
Skillset: Strong mastery of media databases, press release copywriting, trend-jacking, and social channel management.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to pitch journalists and present ideas clearly.
Mindset: You are proactive and adaptable. You know how to spot a news opportunity instantly and turn key trends into brand wins.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
