Full job description

Revive Physiotherapy and wellbeing are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist and Administrator to join our welcoming clinic team. This varied front-of-house role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and takes pride in keeping a busy workplace running smoothly.

About the Role

Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner

Answer telephone and email enquiries and manage appointment bookings

Process payments and maintain accurate patient and administrative records

Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks

Help keep the reception area organised and running efficiently

Handle confidential information with care and discretion

About You

Friendly, approachable and comfortable dealing with a wide range of people

Dependable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Well organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise

Confident using computers, email and standard office systems

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Previous reception, administration or healthcare experience would be helpful, but is not essential

What We Offer

Part-time hours plus holiday cover.

Pay of £14 per hour

Candidate must be able to commit to one or two evening shifts each week
