Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Manager - Seed Division, you will play a key role in managing one of our most established categories and heritage brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for brands who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact within a multi-million-pound consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Category in the day-to-day execution of comprehensive brand marketing activities.
Coordinate design and management of all brand communications, including advertising, POS (brand and customer-specific), catalogue, consumer & trade websites, digital activity, PR, trade show materials, product requirements, and samples.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, Design Studio) and external partners to ensure timely delivery of New Product Development (NPD).
Assist with product range creation and implementation, including NPD forms, packaging artwork briefs, artwork creation, and printing plates.
Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, customer shows, and training sessions, including logistics, promotional materials, and post-event evaluations. Attendance at events may be required.

About You

1–3 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or product management, ideally within FMCG or consumer-driven environments.
Knowledge of relevant marketing channels and consumer engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, brand aesthetics, and content creation.
Ability to analyse and interpret performance data.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Positive, driven, and passionate with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Office-based with some travel across Ireland and the UK.
