Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our quality assurance initiatives across production and operational processes. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and excellence. Your proactive approach will help maintain compliance with industry regulations, improve overall quality performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures to uphold product safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines, facilities, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality checks, audit results, and corrective actions taken.
Lead analysis of quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols and other relevant safety standards.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or food production environments.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to clearly articulate issues and collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Relevant certifications in quality management or related fields are a plus.
