Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, EXPERIENCED and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional drinks and delivering outstanding customer service in a lively bar environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Applicants MUST be able to work late nights and weekends on a rota basis

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Greet guests warmly, taking orders efficiently whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces throughout shifts.
Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment of supplies as needed.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
Comply with licensing laws and health & safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cocktail making is essential .
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently under pressure.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Good time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
A positive attitude with a genuine interest in delivering top-quality customer service.
