Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, handling reservations and guest inquiries.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information in the hotel management system.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest needs are met promptly.
Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent verbal communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Training on our PMS will be Provided
