Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality and H&S Administrator to join our team in GB. Based at our facility, this role is vital in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, supporting our mission to deliver excellence to our clients.

Responsibilities

· Carrying out administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, typing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and other related clerical tasks within the quality, health and safety and maintenance departments etc

· Finding picking and processing tickets for quality control

· Maintaining and updating Company databases as appropriate using manual and computerised systems

· Maintaining and creating written documents using a variety of computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Creating manual collection/delivery notes

· Learning other roles within the Quality department to provide cover in times of absence or high or varying workloads as directed by the Quality Manager/Operations Director

· Following all safe systems of work at all times. Identifying and reporting any shortcomings that become apparent whilst undertaking tasks or if the tasks change or new activities are undertaken. Liaising with the HS&E department to ensure such risks are assessed and procedures amended as necessary

· Actively engaging in the identification of risks within the workplace and the subsequent assessment development of suitable safe systems of work. When necessary, intervening to prevent breaches of health and safety and/or report as necessary

Following the requirements of the Company Quality Management Systems, policies and procedures to help achieve a quality product for the customer and reduce the non-conformances
