Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on internal decoration.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Select appropriate materials and techniques for each project based on the specifications provided.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations as needed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in painting and decorating is essential.
Strong communication skills in English to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
