Job Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Operator and become a vital part of creating precision-engineered components. In this role, you will operate and maintain computer-controlled machining equipment to produce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless fabrication of complex assemblies, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. Duties

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and other technical drawings to produce precise components.
Interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication.
Perform routine inspections of machined parts for quality, dimensions, and surface finish, utilizing basic math skills and measurement tools.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to ensure optimal performance.
Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment, including loading, unloading, and storing raw materials and finished products.
Utilize hand tools and tooling to perform minor adjustments or repairs on machinery or parts as needed.
Support assembly processes by fitting machined components together accurately and securely, including welding when required.

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC machinery or in a manufacturing environment with a focus on fabrication or machining.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read CAD drawings and work with SolidWorks software.
Familiarity with milling operations, tooling selection, and materials handling procedures.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.
Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in a warehouse or workshop setting.
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine operation and troubleshooting is preferred.
Experience with welding, assembly, fabrication techniques, and materials handling is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety standards and quality assurance.
