Set in the heart of Mayfair and housed within a distinguished Grade II listed building on Piccadilly, the hotel brings new life to a historic landmark through a refined, intimate hospitality experience.

Returning from the city, guests find an elegant gathering place where heritage, craftsmanship and conviviality come together with a modern expression of Mayfair, shaped by history and enlivened by conversation.

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences and support the smooth operation of the Front Office in line with the hotel’s luxury positioning.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional and personalized arrival and departure experience.
Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures in line with luxury service standards.
Provide personalized recommendations and expert knowledge of the hotel's services, local attractions and London's luxury lifestyle offerings.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Support VIP arrivals and special guest requests.
Provide flexible support across all Front Office shifts, including overnight coverage when required, ensuring seamless guest service and operational continuity.
Promote hotel services and contribute to upselling opportunities.
Maintain the highest Front Office standards while delivering exceptional and personalized guest service.

How can you succeed in this role

Previous experience in a Front Office role within a luxury hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
Passion for delivering exceptional and highly personalized guest experiences.
Experience working with PMS and Front Office systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive guest relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
