Job Summary

Energize our brand presence as a Social Media and Marketing Assistant! Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to boost engagement and brand awareness
Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions with followers
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, including content calendars, promotional events, and outreach activities
Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, managing media contacts, and coordinating community engagement initiatives
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas that align with brand goals
Maintain organized records of social media activities, campaign results, and public relations efforts for reporting purposes

Experience

Prior experience or internship in social media management or digital marketing is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences
Knowledge of popular social media platforms and their best practices for engagement
Familiarity with basic analytics tools to assess performance metrics
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
