Full job description

Hepworth Framework is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Order Processor to join our specialist aluminium window and door team. If you have a solid background working with aluminium glazing systems and enjoy a fast-paced, detail-driven role, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders from quote through to production
Produce detailed job sheets, order confirmations, and purchase orders
Interpret architectural drawings, surveys, and specification documents
Work confidently with aluminium systems (Cortizo experience is highly desirable)
Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, and customers to ensure smooth production flow
Check all orders for technical accuracy and compliance with fabrication limitations
Manage lead times, updates, and communication with internal teams

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in aluminium windows and doors order processing
Strong technical understanding of aluminium glazing systems
Experience with LogiKal, Evolution or similar processing/quoting software
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and surveys
Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
