Full job description

We are TrustMark - the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for home improvements carried out in and around the home. We are passionate about quality and assurance and what that means for homeowners and our Registered Businesses.

We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Assurance team. The role is full-time, on a 11 month FTC, and is office based.

The Technical Administrator will provide administrative support across a range of operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. The role involves managing a variety of administrative processes, maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of key business activities. This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload, can easily switch between tasks, and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities. A high level of organisation, accuracy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.

The successful candidate will -

Demonstrate a commitment to quality in all areas of their work by being organised, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
Always provide excellent customer service.
Strong administration skills with the ability to self-manage a varied workload.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills that are positive and effective.
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated applications.
Capable of handling and understanding the administration of technical data and information.
Flexible and able to adapt to change and a variety of tasks.
A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively, supporting colleagues, and pulling together to achieve shared goals and deliver work efficiently.

The role attracts a competitive salary, a non-contributory company pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme (EAP), cycle to work scheme, a nine-day fortnight and a health & dental cash plan and a rewards hub.

This is a Fixed Term contract through to June 2027.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
