Full job description

Job Summary

We’re looking for a confident, friendly and enthusiastic Live Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll help host live auction clothing sales, engage with customers, prepare orders for dispatch and support the day-to-day running of the business.

As a small and fast-growing business, we’re looking for someone who’s happy to get involved in all areas of the business and grow with us.

If you’re confident on camera, love chatting to people and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Unfortunately due to social media restrictions, applicants must be 18+

The Role

As a Live Sales Assistant, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business, including:

Hosting and assisting with live selling on TikTok, Whatnot and other platforms.
Engaging with customers during live auctions and responding to enquiries.
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
Processing, unloading, sorting and organising new stock deliveries.
Preparing clothing for live sales, including hanging and organising stock.
Assisting with stock management and maintaining an organised workspace.
Supporting with general administration and day-to-day business tasks.
Working independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively within a small team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is confident and comfortable speaking on camera (essential).
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is friendly, approachable and enjoys talking to people.
Can work in a fast-paced environment and remain organised.
Is reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in.
Is confident using social media and technology.
Previous experience with TikTok, Whatnot or live selling is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Is available to work evenings and weekends (essential).

Location & Hours

Based in Telford.
Due to our location, you will need your own transport or a reliable way of travelling to and from work.
Exact working days and hours will be discussed with the successful candidate.
