Join Ducati UK

Ducati UK is looking for a hands on Events & Retail Marketing Manager to join the team at Silverstone Circuit.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s most iconic premium motorcycle brands and take responsibility for the delivery of Ducati UK events, dealer marketing activity and associated campaigns.

Reporting to the Marketing, Communications & PR Director, the Events & Retail Marketing Manager will create premium customer experiences that strengthen the Ducati brand, generate leads and support dealer and motorcycle sales across the UK.

The role combines event management, trade marketing, campaign delivery and dealer engagement and would suit an organised, commercially minded individual who is confident managing multiple projects, suppliers and stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role which includes working in the office 3 days a week as well as homeworking and regular travel/dealer visits

Key responsibilities

As Events & Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Events & activations

Coordinate national consumer events, exhibitions, motorcycle shows, track activities, customer experiences, dealer events and approved racing activations.
Prepare event plans, timelines, staffing arrangements, guest lists, ticketing and accreditation.
Coordinate motorcycles, branding, displays, suppliers, logistics and on-site operations.
Ensure appropriate insurance, security, risk assessments and health and safety arrangements are in place.
Review event performance, including attendance, leads, customer engagement and commercial results.

Dealer & trade marketing

Act as a key marketing contact for Ducati’s UK dealer network.
Support dealers with campaigns, creative assets, product launches, open days, ride-outs and lead-generation activity.
Review dealer marketing proposals and ensure activity reflects Ducati brand standards and commercial priorities.
Encourage participation in national campaigns and share best practice across the network.
Work with the sales team to support registrations, enquiries, test rides and product priorities.

Campaigns, CRM & digital

Support advertising campaigns, promotions, product launches and customer activations.
Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, approvals and assets with agencies and suppliers.
Ensure leads from events, digital activity and dealer initiatives are captured and followed up effectively.
Coordinate event and dealer marketing content across Ducati UK website, email and social media channels.
Support communications with Ducati Official Clubs and customer communities.

Budgets, suppliers & reporting

Manage event and marketing suppliers, obtaining quotations and monitoring performance.
Manage allocated budgets and highlight risks or variances promptly.
Produce reports on events, campaigns, dealer participation, leads, engagement and expenditure.
Maintain an accurate forward plan of events, campaigns, deadlines and key risks.

About you

The successful individual will have a few years of relevant experience who are ready to develop further within event management, dealer or retail marketing, integrated campaigns or premium brand activation.

You will have:

Strong event management and project coordination skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Good commercial awareness and an understanding of dealer, retail or network marketing.
Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets and multiple deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to build effective relationships with dealers, colleagues and external partners.
An understanding of CRM, lead generation, websites, social media and campaign delivery.
The ability to analyse performance information and communicate clear recommendations.
A calm and professional approach in fast-paced event environments.
A degree or relevant professional qualification in marketing, events, business or a related discipline.
Experience within the motorcycle, automotive or premium consumer sector would be advantageous.

Most importantly, we would love to hear from candidates who have a genuine passion for motorcycles and understand what makes motorcycle customers and communities different.

Additional requirements

Full UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK and work occasional evenings and weekends.
A keen interest in motorcycles, events and premium customer experiences would be advantageous.
Motorcycle licence desirable.
