Exciting opportunity, MSB is recruiting….

We as a growing local building & property maintenance business are seeking multi-skilled building & maintenance tradespeople to work on commercial & Domestic properties within the Social Housing sector

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Plymouth and surrounding areas becoming part of an ever-expanding multi-skilled service team.

You will provide building repairs and maintenance service to our client’s assets.
You will be expected to carry out a range of specified building & maintenance works, both as an individual craft professional and as a member of a multi-skilled team.

You will undertake a wide range of Building & Property maintenance issues including:

General carpentry & Building repairs and cold-water plumbing.

Our benefits include:

* Wages negotiable depending on experience

* 40 hours per week & and the occasional overtime

* Permanent position. Hours 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday,

* 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

* Pension

* Company Mobile Phone

* Use of company van to carry out the works

The ideal candidates will have:

Proven experience of undertaking building repairs and maintenance on commercial properties.

Knowledge of all Carpentry, general building repairs, cold water plumbing.

You will be required to carry out Building repairs for Partnering Clients.

You will be required to be available for out of hours call out, on a rotation system.

Must have a clean driving licence and own small tools.

Health and Safety training advantageous.

You must be able to work independently with initiative and as part of a team utilising excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Excellent time keeping and pride in appearance as you are representing this company to the public every day.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
