Job Title: Sales Administration & Customer Support

Location: Raymond Way, Mansfield Woodhouse, NG19 9BG
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (plus occasional Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00)
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

AB Waste Disposal Ltd is looking for a reliable and friendly Sales Admin Team Member to join our small, close-knit office in Mansfield Woodhouse. In this role, you are the voice of the company—there is no cold calling involved. You will manage incoming calls from our customers, helping them with skip hire bookings, orders, and queries while keeping our office administration running smoothly.

As part of a small team, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations. While the role is primarily Monday to Friday, we require flexibility for the occasional Saturday morning (8am–12pm) to ensure our customers are always supported.

Your Responsibilities

Incoming Calls: Act as the first point of contact for AB Waste, taking bookings and answering customer questions professionally.
Order Management: Accurately enter sales data and manage the process from the initial call through to completion.
Administrative Support: Maintain internal systems and records to keep the team and customer information up to date.
Problem Solving: Resolve delivery or account queries efficiently to maintain our high service standards.
Team Flexibility: Support the office during standard hours and occasional Saturday morning shifts as needed.
