Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and professional Telesales Representative/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, Experience with B2B sales, telemarketing, is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise within a supportive environment dedicated to growth and success.

Duties

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services effectively
Manage and update customer information within CRM systems, including Salesforce and other CRM software
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
Communicate clearly and professionally in English when necessary
Maintain a positive attitude while handling objections and addressing customer queries

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management principles
Previous experience working with CRM tools or telemarketing platforms will be considered an asset
