We’re looking for an outstanding Server to join our premium Indian restaurant. This is more than taking orders and serving food—we’re searching for someone who takes genuine pride in hospitality and understands that every guest interaction creates a lasting impression.

What You’ll Do

Deliver warm, professional and attentive service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating their needs before they have to ask.
Confidently guide guests through our menu, bringing to life the depth of regional Indian flavours.
Explain dishes with confidence, including ingredients, flavour profiles as well as traditional cooking methods.
Recommend food and drink pairings that enhance the experience, such as pairing rich curries with traditionally cooked rice, naan fresh from the tandoor, or carefully selected wines and Indian-inspired cocktails.
Guide guests through spice levels with care and accuracy, ensuring every dish is chosen to match their preference.
Ensure every table receives seamless, timely and personalised service.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and table setting throughout service.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure flawless communication and execution of our dishes and drinks.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, confidence and empathy.
Create memorable experiences that celebrate the warmth, generosity and hospitality at the heart of Indian dining culture.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

A naturally warm, engaging and confident personality.
A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel special.
Previous experience in a high quality restaurant environment (premium or fine dining experience is desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
The ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy services.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
Excellent menu knowledge or the willingness to learn quickly, especially around Indian spices, regional dishes, and traditional cooking techniques.
Confidence in recommending food, drinks and specials in a genuine, guest-focused way.
The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Reliability, punctuality and a consistently strong work ethic.
