Full job description

Purpose of job / scope of work: Experience within the dry lining industry is a must..

Contribute to the success of Dryplast by maintaining standards in accordance with Dryplast policies. Ensure a firm control of costs in pursuit of profitability, efficiency, customer & client satisfaction. Maintain open communication and build positive relationships with customers & Subcontractors in order to ensure that all efforts are focused on improving levels of service to our clients.

Oversee the complete operation on the site/sites from commencement to completion
Attend pre start meetings
Order all materials in conjunction with the material schedule and site programme/ design changes consult with QS and site agent
Ensure site programmes are maintained and adhered too
Attend client meetings
Ensure you have a strong labour force with open and clear communication, build good relationships and look after good labour
Follow and adhere to all H&S legislation
Ensure site labour adheres to H&S PPE and site rules
Sign off purchase invoices on a weekly basis, check quantities, be commercially aware when placing orders
Book in all subcontractors for payment on a weekly basis, accurately & entirely where necessary check site measures
Get all valuations sheets and V/Os signed off monthly to meet office deadlines
Check quality/specification is being adhered too on a daily basis, continually challenge this
Be proactive and able to resolve disputes
Respond to contra charges and challenge where necessary.
Reply and communicate to emails

Skills requirement-

Have strong technical competence
Must be able to handle a large volume of calls each day
Must have strong managerial, organisational, client facing, and communication skills
Maintain a professional positive and smart appearance, build relationships with our clients representatives
IT skills must be able to use email & word, understand spreadsheets
Must hold SMSTS qualification
Have a valid CSCS card
Have a full clean driving licence
