Full job description

We are looking for an International Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing international marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across global markets. This role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication skills, and experience managing marketing campaigns in diverse regions.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute international marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, PR, and traditional channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Adapt global marketing campaigns to suit local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
Manage relationships with international agencies, distributors, and strategic partners.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate product launches in international markets.
Develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and localized content.
Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations and cultural requirements.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and market insights for senior management.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5–8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in international or global marketing.
Experience managing multi-country marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market research.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
