Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments and personalised skincare solutions, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and revitalised.

Your expertise in makeup application, combined with outstanding customer service and communication skills, will elevate the client experience and uphold our reputation for excellence. Duties

Provide a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, nails and skincare consultations with precision and care
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to promote ongoing wellness and satisfaction
Assist in training junior team members, sharing your expertise to foster a collaborative and skilled team environment
Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product usage to ensure personalized service continuity

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments offered
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and industry best practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
NVQ level 2 and level 3 in beauty therapy.
