We're scaling quickly, and our people are what make that possible — which is why we're looking for a Talent Attraction Lead to help us find and hire exceptional talent.

The Role

We're looking for a Talent Attraction Lead to own and evolve our talent acquisition strategy end-to-end. You'll be the driving force behind how we identify, engage, and secure top talent across the business — building a pipeline that keeps pace with our growth while ensuring every candidate has a brilliant experience along the way.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who loves building things from the ground up, thrives on relationships, and knows how to sell a story as well as a role.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy across the business from role scoping to onboarding stage
Build and manage a strong, diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective attraction strategies
Champion our employer brand — crafting compelling job adverts, content, and campaigns that reflect who we are
Design and continuously improve a candidate experience that's fast, fair, and memorable
Use data and hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to refine your approach
Represent Chickpea at industry events, meetups, and on relevant platforms to build our presence in the hospitality sector
Support workforce planning conversations, helping the business anticipate future hiring needs

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent attraction role — in-house experience strongly preferred
A track record of hiring for hospitality roles, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up environment
Strong sourcing skills and confidence building pipelines from scratch, not just relying on inbound applications
A natural storyteller who can bring our employer brand and roles to life
Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and report on hiring performance
Genuine interest in hospitality — you don't need to be an expert, but curiosity goes a long way
