Gym Assistant – Snap Fitness

Location: Bristol

We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Gym Assistant to join our team at Snap Fitness.

The Role

As a Gym Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the club, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming members and providing outstanding customer service.
Conducting gym tours and supporting new member inductions.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the club.
Assisting with the day-to-day running of the gym.
Promoting memberships.
Creating a positive and motivating environment for all members.
Supporting club events and member engagement activities.
Completing general administrative duties as required.
Content creation

About You

Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is desirable but not essential
Up to date First Aid Certificate.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive, proactive and reliable.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in the fitness industry is essential.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some evenings and weekends, as required.
