For over 25 years, we have been pioneering the latest ‘big screen’ technologies including cutting-edge LED, large venue projectors and powerful image processing and media servers.

We work with system integrators, resellers and rental companies to deliver impactful display solutions and we provide a comprehensive support model to empower our channel partners throughout every phase of the project. From demonstration and specification, installation and commissioning, through to aftercare support and training.

About the Role
We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely every day.
Working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll combine hands-on involvement with supervisory responsibility, coordinating everything from order processing and job picks to logistics planning, goods receipt, and dispatch. This is a varied role where your attention to detail, leadership skills, and commitment to excellent service will help drive operational success and maintain the highest standards across the warehouse.

What you will be doing in this role
Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
Track damaged, obsolete, or missing stock.

Warehouse Operations

Organize and optimize warehouse storage space.
Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched correctly.
Maintain warehouse documentation and records.
Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Support compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.

Logistics & Transportation

Arrange and schedule shipments with carriers and transport providers.
Track deliveries and resolve transportation issues.
Prepare shipping documentation (delivery notes, commercial invoices and customs paperwork where applicable).
Monitor transportation costs and delivery performance.
Coordinate returns and reverse logistics processes.

Order Fulfilment

Process customer and internal orders accurately.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
Communicate order status updates to customers or internal teams.
Resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays.

What you will bring to the role

Experience working within a warehouse environment.
Understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and dispatch processes.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
