Events & Corporate Sales

Department: Sales

Location: Bracknell (4 days per week), 1 day a week remote

Contract Type: Full Time

Salary: Competitive salary package including base pay + commission

The Company

Spinners is a fast-growing UK competitive socialising brand, combining interactive games with hand-crafted cocktails and social dining. Since opening our first venue in Reading in 2021, we've expanded to Plymouth, Solihull and Chester, backed by a multi-million investment from Gresham House Ventures to support nationwide growth.

Our venues bring together duckpin bowling, electric darts, interactive mini golf and Clayshot, our own indoor clay shooting game, alongside artisan pizza and theatrical cocktails, all within a design-led interior built around our signature pink blossom tree. Families are welcome during the day; evenings are adults only. It's a format that works equally well for friends, celebrations and corporate socials, and the corporate side is exactly where this role comes in.

About the Role

Role combines outbound sales, account management, inbound enquiry support and brand representation.
Responsible for developing relationships with corporate clients, proactively reaching out to businesses to generate new event opportunities, supporting the wider Events team with inbound enquiries and acting as a key ambassador for the brand.
Play an important role in helping us build long-term corporate relationships rather than simply securing one-off bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Outreach & Account Development

Proactively contact existing and potential corporate clients to generate new event opportunities.
Use our Outreach CRM to manage structured email, phone and LinkedIn campaigns.
Build relationships with corporate decision-makers and key contacts.
Identify opportunities for repeat bookings, annual events and ongoing corporate partnerships.
Develop relationships beyond a single booking, becoming a trusted contact for corporate events.

Account Management & Brand Ambassador

Own relationships with selected corporate accounts and key business contacts.
Develop relationships with decision-makers before, during and after events.
Build a database of corporate clients and understand their event calendar and booking behaviour.
Work closely with venue teams to ensure key accounts receive a consistent experience.
Build strong relationships with local businesses and corporate communities across our venue locations.
Attend relevant networking opportunities, trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events where required.
Support corporate venue visits and familiarisation experiences.
Invite key clients and prospects to experience our venues.
Help showcase new activities, packages, products and experiences to corporate contacts.

Inbound Enquiry Support, CRM & Sales Management

Responding to corporate event enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information around packages, activities, food, drinks and private hire.
Identifying upselling and upgrade opportunities.
Maintaining accurate information within the CRM and booking systems.

The Ideal Candidate

Confident and naturally comfortable building relationships.
Commercially minded and motivated by targets.
Proactive rather than reactive.
Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
Comfortable using CRM and sales technology.
Confident representing a brand externally.
Excited by hospitality, events and competitive socialising
