Full job description

Providing secretarial and administrative support to solictors in a busy High St office.

Duties will include :

Digital dictation/audio typing of letters

Managing files, both paper and electronic.

Dealing with clients over the phone and face to face, taking messages, arranging appointments etc

Various other admin tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving.

Skills required :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Polite and discreet manner

Typing and IT skills

Enthusiasm and positive attitude

Previous experience not essential

Welsh Language skills desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
