Breakfast club and after school club in Marlborough Primary School or Lakeside primary or Marlborough primary school Breakfast club 7.30am-9.00am After school Club 3pm-6pm 0r 3pm-6.30pm

Hours - Monday - Friday 3.00 pm - 6pm Term time only, Holiday Club available if needed

September 26 start

To assist the Club Manager in the day to day running of the after school club, to provide a safe and stimulating play environment for the children attending the club. Whilst working in line with the standards set out by CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) and Playworks Childcare Policies and Procedures.

The role of Club assistant includes -
Assisting in the day to day running of the club, setting up the club and cleaning at the end of the session.
Working in partnership with parents and the Club Manager to plan for the individual needs and preferences of the children.
Providing opportunities for play and learning which encourage all areas of development.
Ensuring that club is welcoming and friendly, while taking into account all health and safety issues.
Providing the children with a healthy and nutritious snack.
Ensuring that all the policies set out by Playworks childcare are adhered to at all times.
The successful applicant must hold a Level 2or 3 CCLD or Level 2 or 3 Playwork qualification, working toward playworks course . An Enhanced DBS check is required for the role
