Are you obsessed with TikTok trends, love creating eye-catching visuals, and want to kickstart your career in marketing? As Monmore Confectionary's Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will work directly alongside our Marketing Manager to breathe life into their unique brands.

You will spend your days brainstorming content, filming videos, designing assets, and learning the ins and outs of a fast-paced wholesale business. Best of all, you will earn your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Qualification while gaining invaluable, hands on experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and forward-thinking Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team and help tell our brands stories to the world.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media (The Fun Stuff):

Video Production: Plan, film, and edit engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Graphic Design: Use Canva (and learn Adobe Creative Suite) to design scroll stopping graphics, social posts, and marketing materials.
Website Visuals: Assist in creating vibrant and professional website banners to keep our online store looking fresh.

Campaigns & Copywriting:

Email Marketing: Support the Marketing Manager in building and executing exciting newsletter campaigns for our wholesale customers.
Copywriting: Write catchy, clear, and brand-appropriate copy for social captions, website updates, and email campaigns.

Support & Strategy:

Help manage social media communities by responding to comments and messages.
Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks.
Stay on top of the latest social media trends, viral sounds, and industry updates.

Entry requirements

What We Are Looking For

You don't need years of professional experience, but you do need passion and a willingness to learn!

Creative Flair: A natural eye for design, photography, or video editing.
Social Media Savvy: A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (bonus points if you manage your own active channels/creations!).
Tech-Friendly: Familiarity with Canva is a must; an eagerness to dive into Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) is essential.
Strong Communicator: Good written English skills for copywriting and proofreading.
Organised & Eager: A proactive attitude, able to manage tasks across different brands, and a genuine desire to learn.

Training to be provided

This role includes the opportunity to complete the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, developing the skills and knowledge required to plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing activity across a range of digital and traditional channels. You will learn how to create engaging content, understand customer behaviour, deliver effective marketing campaigns, and use data-driven insights to measure and improve performance.

The programme combines structured learning with practical workplace experience, providing hands-on exposure to modern marketing techniques and tools used across today's fast-paced digital landscape.

Branding and consistent marketing communications
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing

This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation for a successful career in marketing, equipping learners with the skills to deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

12 months practical & 20 week end point assessment.
