Full job description

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· General cleaning tasks

· Sanitisation

· Waste management

· Inventory management

· Health & safety compliance

· Record keeping

· Act as keyholder

Planning

· You must be able to quicky assess areas of work that need more attention to ensure that all work is completed within your hours of work.

Delivery

· Keep Centre4 offices clean and tidy, including the kitchens, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.

· Take pride in your work with tasks like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and ensuring waste bins are emptied.

· Ensure that public areas are spotless and welcoming for all visitors and staff.

· Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.

· Act as keyholder and assist in creating a safe and secure site for our visitors.

Compliance and quality

· Adhere to COSHH and relevant health and safety practices

Monitoring and evaluation

· Report completion of scheduled tasks to Facilities Co-ordinator
