About Us

Collect & Display is one of the UK’s leading distributors of blind boxes, designer toys and collectibles. We work with major retailers and independent stores across the UK.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Operations Assistant to support the Director with the day-to-day running of the business.

This is a varied role where you will be involved in several areas of the company and become an important part of a small, ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Director with day-to-day business operations
Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
Preparing spreadsheets, product information and sales documents
Communicating with customers and suppliers by email and telephone
Assisting with stock management and product records
Helping coordinate new product launches
Keeping track of priorities, deadlines and follow-up tasks
Providing general administrative and project support
Providing occasional support with our brand social media pages, including scheduling posts, responding to messages and keeping content up to date

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Friendly and professional when communicating with customers and suppliers
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
Dependable, adaptable and willing to learn
Interested in growing with the business

Desirable Skills

The following would be beneficial but are not essential:

Experience in administration, operations or customer service
Experience using Instagram, TikTok or other social media platforms
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Shopify or e-commerce systems
An interest in toys, collectibles or pop culture
The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese, as we regularly work with suppliers and brand partners in China
