Bookkeeper & Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Administrator to manage the day-to-day financial administration across the Renoject Group.

Previous bookkeeping experience is essential, with strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, VAT, payroll and general business administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain QuickBooks across the group.
Complete regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
Process and categorise income, expenditure, invoices and receipts.
Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
Manage payroll, including wages, PAYE, National Insurance and pension information.
Raise sales invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
Process and record supplier and contractor invoices.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure transactions are allocated to the correct Renoject company.
Produce monthly financial reports for the directors.
Monitor company expenses, subscriptions and recurring payments.
Assist with cash-flow tracking and financial administration.
Liaise with accountants regarding VAT, payroll, year-end accounts and corporation tax.
Maintain organised digital financial records and supporting documentation.
Support the directors and wider team with general administration when required.

Experience Required

Experience within property, construction or a multi-company group would be beneficial.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
