Overview

Join our vibrant fitness community as a Front of House Gym Receptionist, where your energy and organisational skills will create a welcoming environment for members and visitors alike. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a positive atmosphere that motivates members to achieve their health goals and feel valued every time they walk through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a thriving fitness facility, making every day energetic and rewarding.

Responsibilities

Greet members and visitors with a friendly, energetic attitude, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
Manage member check-ins efficiently using computer systems and membership databases
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Assist with daily front desk operations including managing memberships, processing payments, and updating member information
Maintain a clean, organised reception area that reflects the vibrant spirit of our gym environment

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on creating positive experiences for others while demonstrating excellent organizational abilities. Join us in making every visit memorable helping members stay motivated on their fitness journey while ensuring smooth front desk operations!

Pay: £12.71 per hour
