Overview

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trade skills across multiple disciplines, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project delivery. Your expertise will help maintain the quality of the finishing touches, contributing to the successful completion of diverse construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your broad skill set while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

Floor & wall tiling
Patch plastering and wall repairs
Painting and decorating
Applying neat, professional mastic/silicone sealing
Carpentry skills such as easing doors, door repairs, pipe boxings preferred.
Floor laying, such as latex, liquid DPMs, LVT & vinyl preferred.
Snagging and finishing works.
Repairs & rectification works
Correcting any defects or minor damage
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project progress.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple finishing trades
Proven knowledge of all construction trades, and construction process and sequencing.
Ability to work as part of a team, and also on your own initiative.
Good communication, able to be client facing and communicate directly with clients in their homes and properties.
Take direction for Site & Project managers, providing feedback and photographs of issues and completed work.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
Full UK driving licence
