Full job description

Sherborne Schools Group is seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive PA to the Director of Sixth Form to provide exceptional administrative and operational support within our thriving Sixth Form community. Based primarily at Sherborne Girls School, this is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the Director of Sixth Form in the day-to-day management of the Sixth Form office and helping to ensure its smooth and efficient operation. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, parents, staff and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact and contributing to the continued success of Sixth Form life across the Group.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or PA who thrives in a busy environment, has outstanding organisational skills and can manage a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities will include diary and correspondence management, meeting coordination, minute taking, event administration, UCAS and admissions support, maintaining confidential records, and assisting with reporting and strategic projects. The role is 30 hours per week, term time only plus four weeks (37 weeks per year), offering an attractive work-life balance while remaining fully engaged in a vibrant educational setting. Flexibility to work across other Sherborne Schools Group sites on occasion will be required to meet the needs of the role.

Pay: £16,775.00 per year
