Hours: Part Time 20 – 25 hours per week

Discover the role

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and well organised, with good communications skills and a clear understanding of what the business and your Head of Department expects. The role does involve working shifts including weekends and evenings. A positive and flexible attitude towards your work is helpful as is a desire to work at the highest possible standards.

What you’ll be doing

Assist to ensure good communication of information between the Front Office, reservations and the housekeeping team

To clean all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel are presented and maintained to the highest standard

To be responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company

To ensure lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures

To ensure all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc. are dealt with in the correct manner following company procedures
