This is a combined e-commerce marketplace, customer service and warehouse fulfilment role.
You will be expected to move between computer-based marketplace work and hands-on warehouse duties according to the needs of the business. This is not a remote position, a purely office-based position or a purely warehouse position.
Applicants should have previous practical experience working inside an online marketplace seller account.
About the role
ADCB Ltd sells through multiple eBay accounts, Amazon, Temu and our own websites.
We are looking for a dependable and organised E-commerce Marketplace & Fulfilment Coordinator to help manage our day-to-day online sales operations. The successful candidate will help protect the health and performance of our marketplace accounts, communicate with customers, maintain product listings and support the accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
This position suits someone who takes ownership of their work, notices problems early and is comfortable switching between marketplace administration, customer service and warehouse tasks.
Marketplace account responsibilities
- Regularly check account health, performance notifications, cases and other seller-account issues across our marketplaces.
- Investigate problems and take appropriate action or escalate them promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews and respond or take action where appropriate.
- Manage customer cases, disputes, cancellation requests and return enquiries.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer messages.
- Handle customer service enquiries by marketplace message, email and telephone.
- Keep accurate records of important customer and marketplace issues.
- Help identify recurring problems and suggest practical improvements.
Product-listing responsibilities
- Create accurate new product listings across eBay, Amazon, Temu and company websites.
- Update and improve existing listings.
- Check titles, descriptions, categories, product attributes, variations and other listing information before publishing.

- Pick customer orders accurately.
- Check products and quantities before packing.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for dispatch.
- Process goods-in, including checking and organising incoming stock.
- Process customer returns in accordance with company procedures.
- Help keep stock and working areas organised.
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse.
- Support other operational duties during busy periods.
Essential experience and skills
- At least 12 months of practical, seller-side marketplace experience, using eBay Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central or another major marketplace seller system.
- Experience in several of the following areas:
- Marketplace account health.
- Customer messages and cases.
- Feedback or review management.
- Cancellations and returns.
- Product listings.
- Order processing.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confidence communicating with customers by phone, email and marketplace messages.

- The ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload.
- A reliable and responsible approach to work.
- Willingness to undertake regular picking, packing, goods-in and warehouse duties.
- Ability to travel reliably to our Leicester premises for the advertised working hours.
Desirable experience
- Experience with both eBay Seller Hub and Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing more than one seller account or marketplace.
- Experience with Temu Seller Centre.
- Experience with multi-channel listing, order-management or stock-management software.
- Experience using spreadsheets for product, order or stock information.
- Previous warehouse fulfilment or goods-in experience.
Training
Training will be provided on our products, internal processes and company-specific systems.
