Full job description

Grill Chef

T-Hawk Argentinian Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Grill Chef to join our brand-new restaurant inside a seafront hotel in Bognor Regis.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and want to be part of an exciting new restaurant specialising in premium steaks and burgers, we’d love to hear from you.

What we offer

£14.57 per hour + rolled-up holiday pay (paid with every payslip).
20 guaranteed hours per week.
Regular paid overtime available during busy periods.
Staff meals on shift.
Full training on the T-Hawk menu and cooking methods.
Friendly and supportive team.
Opportunity to grow with the business as it expands.

Working days

Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

Additional paid hours may be available depending on business needs.

Your role

Prepare and cook food to T-Hawk standards.
Grill premium steaks and smash burgers.
Assist with food preparation and service.
Maintain high food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Support the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience is essential.
Reliable and punctual.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
Right to work in the UK.
Hygiene certificate level 2.
