Job Role

Bookkeeper, reporting to the Finance Manager and Finance Director

Job Type

This role has the opportunity of flexibility with working hours being either part or full time dependent on the applicant and needs of the business. This can be discussed in more detail at interview stage.

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper in the automotive and event industry. As a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the Finance Manager. This position requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping for the business, entering purchase invoices, raising sales invoices, running financial reports and providing accounting support to the Finance Manager via the accounting system Microsoft Dynamics 365. Training on this system will be provided.
Reconciling Credit and Charge cards
Creating projects and creating reports to the Events department
Allocating customer receipts and assisting with bank reconcilliations
End of month support to the Finance Manager

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external clients
Confident and friendly

Willing to embrace all aspects of our business

Salary

£28,000.00 to £32,000.00, (full time hours)
