Full job description

Sales and Service Support

We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer‑focused individual to join our team in a Sales and Service Support role. This is a part time position with occasional Saturday shifts to be negotiated.

An interest in motorcycles and/or previous Motor Trade experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers in a professional and approachable manner, in‑store, over the phone and by email/WhatsApp
Booking in service and MOT work
Creating customer invoices using Xero accounting software
Photographing and presenting motorcycles and scooters for sale on our website
Handling prospective sales enquiries
Updating DVLA and manufacturer databases
Manually moving motorcycles and scooters around the dealership

What We’re Looking For

Excellent organisational skills
Strong customer service focus
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary

National Minimum Wage (age‑appropriate)
