Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel activities, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of hospitality, guest services, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable stays while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with hospitality and supervisory experience to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic hotel setting.

Duties

Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and food services
Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding guest services aligned with brand standards
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, resolving any issues promptly to maximize satisfaction
Manage human resources functions including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards at all times
Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest experience

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
Familiarity with hospitality management systems and hotel operations software
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to ensure clear team coordination
