Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant bar environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold high standards of food safety and quality. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or culinary settings is highly desirable, along with supervisory experience and a background in food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations.
Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance.
Ensure all drink production processes meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist with the training of new staff members in service procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
Maintain a welcoming environment for guests by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Enforce hygiene standards within the kitchen and bar areas in line with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with management on promotional activities or special events to enhance customer engagement.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a hospitality setting, preferably in bars
Experience in team management, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff members.
Knowledge of food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality industry standards.
Familiarity with serving procedures in busy environments such as hotels or restaurants.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
