Full job description

Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? Join the assets team as a Business Support Administrator and play a key role in helping us maintain and improve homes and communities across Wales. Working at the heart of a busy, customer focused team, you'll coordinate essential processes, manage property data, support contractors and suppliers, and help ensure our asset management services run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your administration career, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and make a real impact within an organisation committed to creating a better future for our customers.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity, working 37 hours per week covering maternity leave until July 2027. We offer agile working, with a blend of home and office based working that provides flexibility while supporting collaboration, wellbeing and a healthy work life balance. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team and wider organisation. You'll become part of a supportive and customer-focused team where your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services that make a real difference to our homes, customers and communities.

Skills and Experience Needed

We're looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual with experience of providing effective administrative and service support within a busy office environment. You'll be confident managing a varied workload, prioritising tasks effectively and ensuring a high level of accuracy in everything you do.

You will have experience of working with both internal and external customers and stakeholders, building positive working relationships and delivering a professional, responsive service.

You'll be comfortable using a range of IT systems and have experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook in an office based environment. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are key to success in this role.

£25,877.80 per annum

26 days holiday, pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
