Job Summary

Hours of Work: 34 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a 3.00pm finish on a Friday.

Working with housing associations, councils and community organisations, we supply and install furniture, flooring, white goods and household essentials, while also delivering property clearance and community bulk uplift services. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team on a full time basis. We will also consider job share. You will play a key role in supporting the day to day administration function of the operations and finance team.

Main Duties

Handling incoming telephone calls and customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Monitoring of the orders and admin inbox.
Validating order information and following up on any missing details.
Creating and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Preparing job packs and associated paperwork.
Arranging delivery times with customers.
Processing purchase orders and goods received notes.
Supporting month end invoicing processes.
Maintaining accurate records for filing of documentation.
Undertake other adhoc duties as required to support the finance manager.

Skills and Experience Required

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and reactive environment.
Strong administrative skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Experience in Sage 50 Accounts. (Desirable)
Team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
Customer focused with a commitment to delivering excellent services.

Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
